In March 2012, a member of the Sweb Development team said, "Man, wouldn't it be great if there were a San Antonio food truck app?" This inspired the rest of us, so we all pulled together and, on April 14, 2012, in just under 14 hours, built the kind of website and app we wanted to use.
SA Food Truck Finder is a gift to the city of San Antonio. It allows consumers to view food trucks nearby, and sort by location, cuisine, and what's currently open.
Food truck owners can manage their own contact information, hours, menu, logo, and special offers.
This system will allow San Antonio hungry foodies and food trucks to connect in a simple, fun, accessible way.
